iCalendar

Goal: you share project appointments via the iCalendar standard with external calendar programs such as Outlook, and set up a client’s iCalendar template for this.

The module is based on the iCalendar standard. This way, you can pass project dates to other programs that support the .ics file format, such as Google Calendar, MS Outlook, Mozilla Sunbird, Apple iCal, or IBM Lotus Notes. The iCalendar module delivers the current state of scheduled activities on every access.

Functions

  • User Calendar shows all of the user’s activities across projects, per client.

  • Calendar of subordinate users shows all activities of subordinate users (based on the administration organization chart) across projects, per client.

  • Client Calendar shows all of the client’s activities across all projects.

  • Portfolio Calendar includes all activities of a project portfolio.

  • Project Calendar provides all activities of a project.
