Project Import

Goal: you import ERP project structures and ERP project data into Rillsoft Integration Server projects.

Prerequisite: a predefined template should exist for each imported project level (subproject).

Step by step

  1. Click Add ons > Project Import.

  2. Select the External projects menu item. You get all projects ready for import from your external system.

Configure the outline depth

You set the outline depth in the client properties: click Administration > Clients > Edit.

Check the result

The Event log shows whether the import completed successfully.

Tip

You can automate the import by creating a scheduled task under Start > Control Panel > Administration > Task Scheduling.
